Paramount Lodging Advisors advised Varro Hospitality on the acquisition of five TownePlace Suites by Marriott Hotels Portfolio, at a purchase price of $30MM. Four of the hotels are located in Texas and include Austin Northeast, Bryan College, Houston Clear Lake and Houston Northwest. The fifth property is located in Birmingham, Ala.
