Our process starts with an in-depth analysis of the hotel, followed by assessments of the local market, transaction trends and overall industry performance outlook. We have developed a proprietary approach to Hotel Valuation with our Snapshot Valuation™. Our Snapshot Valuation combines traditional valuation metrics with real-time buyer transaction methodology and assigns premiums and discounts based on branding, physical product and market factors.
Paramount determines the most appropriate manner to contact potential buyers and the breadth and manner of communication based on the listing value proposition. We may send information out to thousands of buyers filtered from our database, or we may limit the approach to 10 qualified parties with whom we communicate directly. This 'Focused' Approach allows us to best expose your hotel to the highest and most qualified parties.
