Stephen Potel is a Senior Managing Director of Paramount Lodging Advisors based in London, England. Stephen has more than three decades of hotel industry experience and specializes in 4 and 5 star hotels including brokerage, development consultancy, asset management ,and advising owners on Management /Franchise Agreements.Originally Managing Director of Routels Ltd, Stephen subsequently became Head of International Hotels at Knight Frank in London and is currently a consultant to BNP Paribas Real Estate Hotels - two of Europe’s largest real estate groups. Stephen also has consultancy contracts in India, Egypt and advises a number of offshore groups who have development projects in London.
Stephen has undertaken over $4.5bn of international hotel sales involving over 18,000 rooms both in Europe and around the world.
A graduate of Oxford University, he is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
