Prior to joining Paramount Lodging Advisors, Cindy worked for Team Aubuchon, a full service real estate firm in Southwest Florida. Swink focused on multi-family and single family residential sales as well as residential lots. Cindy also worked with a developer focusing on acquisition of large parcels of land for development, negotiation of contracts, coordinating meetings with local government officials, as well as working with the presentation team to present project to city boards for review and approval. Cindy is a Native Texan who splits her time between the Lone Star State and sunny Southwest Florida. Swink holds a real estate agent license.
