• Acquisition, consolidation, subdivision and development planning of downtown block to include determining alternative options and development phases
• Worked with architects to create expansion addition to existing hotel with an extended stay addition to differentiate product type,
• Assisted with FF&E, establishing programming, etc
• Negotiated rezoning with City density transfers and subdivisions, separations and consolidation plan of Hotel and Residential Uses, etc
• Oversaw on behalf of Ownership marketing team, Rennie Project Marketing, for project sales

• 2] first Residential Affordable Units in Downtown, 465 units pre-selling out in 3 hours – a Vancouver (pre-sale) first
