As any broker will tell you, we ring the bell, but we don’t ring it daily. A typical transaction, wire-to-wire can run anywhere from 45 days to 6 months to 3 years and beyond. A considerable amount of time and effort is required to properly facilitate a hotel transaction. Any number of issues may arise at any moment; an unfortunate reality that we must learn to deal with.
