Josh has over 15 years experience in executive hotel operations including extensive relationships with many of the top ownership entities in the country.He has detailed knowledge of the southeastern markets and a heavy operations background that offers a unique perspective for his clients.Josh has in-depth knowledge and experience in the negotiation of Franchise and Management Agreements having negotiated with many brands such as Hilton, Marriott, Starwood, IHG and Cendant.
Mr. Williams received his B.A. in Economics from University of Georgia.He has also earned the industry accreditation as Certified Hotels Administrator.
