Mike Trevino is the Senior Vice President based in Paramount™'s office in Phoenix, Arizona. Mike's diverse and extensive commercial real estate background includes: site selection, site acquistion, site entitlements from local municipalites, developmental financing, franchise selection, construction supervision and operations analysis.
With over two decades of experience, Trevino has developed, built, owned and operated limited service lodging properties, both in Arizona and California. He has built, owned and managed over three hundred residential living units, industrial/manufacturing facilities and commercial retail centers. Upon issuance, Mike was the managing general partner of the single largest Federal Low Income Housing Tax Credit Award for Fresno County, California.
