Kevin Down focuses on limited-service hotel transactions in the Midwestern United States with in-depth knowledge of the hotel markets in Illinois, Kentucky and Wisconsin.
Prior to joining Paramount Lodging Advisors, Kevin was an analyst at Integra Realty Resources in Chicago where he worked on valuations of hotels, resorts, and a variety of other property types. Kevin has interned with Park Lane Advisors, a real estate consultancy company, and also has experience in the legal field.
Kevin is an MBA candidate at DePaul University’s Kellstadt Graduate School of Business where he is concentrating in Real Estate Finance & Investment. He received his Bachelors degree from the University of Wisconsin – Madison in 2004.
