Jeffrey T. Cunningham is a Managing Director in the Phoenix, Arizona office of Paramount Lodging Advisors.
Mr. Cunningham was an investment sales broker for over seven years specializing in single asset and regional portfolio transactions throughout the Southwest United States. He works on the evaluation, marketing, acquisition and disposition of hotel/motel properties. His skills include conducting property analyses for investment disposition and the repositioning of hotel opportunities. In addition to individual property analysis, He can provide recent comparable sales information, analyzing market, demographic and regional data in order to provide his clients with the most up-to-date information concerning the hotel market locally and regionally. He has a large amount of client interaction. Through this interaction, he is responsible for establishing and maintaining a client database as well as servicing existing clients.
Jeff received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Arizona and is a Licensed Real Estate Sales Person in Arizona.
